• Woman, 19 – 27 Years Old
• Academic: SMK/D1/SI in all Majority (preferable in Tourism Faculty)
• Has an experience/basic knowledge in Travel Industry
• Own private working device (laptop)
• Willing to be located in East Jakarta, Rawamangun Office
• Fully Vaccinated
• Willing to be contacted on weekend

 

S K I L L S

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Flight System (Amadeus) *preferably
• Speak Fluently in English or other foreign language
• Mathematic Basic Skill
• Design Thinking
• Sales Skill

 

J O B D E S K

• Managing and updating Tour Product from Land Tour Operator or Vendors
• Update and manage all booking and reservation via system
• Create Itinerary, Tour Schedule and Quotation
• Preparing presentations for product summary
• Data Entry in Excel
• Become a representative for B2B and PIC to all Vendors
• Taking part to all management’s project, travel fair, exhibitions, etc
• Other administration task
